13 periods across the financial year, 1 April to 31 March, with weeks running Sunday to Saturday. P2 to P12 are always 28 days; P1 starts on 1 April and P13 ends on 31 March.
Possession weeks
Saturday to Friday, so a weekend’s possessions fall in one week. Week 1 starts on the Saturday nearest 1 April. 13 periods of 4 weeks; a 53rd week joins P13.
Timetable
The December timetable starts on the Sunday after the second Saturday in December and the May timetable on the third Sunday in May. Blocks A–D cover December to May, E–J May to December.
